ПРОТИВ СДАЧИ ОСВОБОЖДЕННОЙ ТЕРРИТОРИИ

Территориальный торг и попытка сдать освобожденную территорию ни в коем случае не могут урегулировать карабахский конфликт, и являются смертельной угрозой для будущего не только Арцаха, но и армянской государственности в целом. Завязшие в болоте “конструктивного диалога” политические деятели Армении ставят под удар само существование армянского народа. Фактически, происходящее сегодня — это новый “мюнхенский сговор”, загоняющий нас в стратегический тупик и способствующий развязыванию новой агрессии против НКР и Республики Армения.

Сегодня, 28 мая, когда армянство празднует день провозглашения первой армянской республики в 1918 г., мы хотим напомнить и о бесславном конце этой республики в 1920 г., в результате чего без единого выстрела были сданы Карс и Игдыр, гора Арарат и древняя столица Ани, были погублены десятки тысяч молодых жизней. Это стало возможным именно из-за бесхребетности, “конструктивных уступок” и “дипломатических маневров” тогдашнего руководства страны.

Сегодня мы требуем от руководства и политических партий Армении прекратить любые разговоры о готовности сдать освобожденные армянские районы Арцаха. Мы также требуем раскрытия содержания переговоров, считая недопустимым сокрытие информации, непосредственно касающейся будущего армянского народа.

Любой политик или государственный служащий, вне зависимости от бывших заслуг перед страной, заявляющий сегодня о готовности сдать армянскую землю является предателем Родины и явным врагом своего народа.

AGAINST SURRENDER OF LIBERATED TERRITORIES

Political trading and an attempt to surrender the liberated territories by no means can settle the Karabakh conflict, and represents a deadly threat to not only the future of Artsakh, but to an Armenian statehood as a whole. Trapped in the morass of “constructive negotiations”, the political figures of Armenia put at risk the very existence of Armenian people. The actual events which take place today are a new “Munich agreement”, which drives us into a strategic deadlock and contributes to an unleashing of a new aggression against the Republic of Mountainous Karabakh and the Republic of Armenia.

Today, on May 28, when Armenians celebrate the date of establishment of the first Armenian Republic, we would also like to remind about the disgraceful end of that republic in 1920. At that time, Kars, Igdir, Mount Ararat and ancient capital of Ani were all surrendered without a single shot. Tens of thousands of young lives perished. It became possible exactly because of faintness, “constructive concessions” and “diplomatic maneuvers” of the country’s government at that time.

Today we demand the Government and political parties of Armenia to stop any rhetoric concerning the readiness to surrender the liberated regions of Artsakh. We also demand to make public the agenda of negotiations; whereby concealing the information, which directly concerns the future of Armenian people, is unacceptable.

Any politician or public officer, regardless of previous honors for serving the country, who demonstrates today the readiness to surrender the Armenian land, - is a traitor of the Motherland and a blatant enemy of his own nation.
