Армения заняла 58-е место в Индексе сетевой готовности, поднявшись на 7 пунктов Армения повысила свой показатель в Индексе сетевой готовности на семь пунктов и заняла 58-е место среди 143 стран, говорится во Всемирном докладе по информационным технологиям за 2015 год Всемирного экономического форума, предоставленном исследовательским центром "Экономика и ценности". По росту индекса сетевой готовности Армения лидирует в мире, улучшив свои позиции за 2012-2015 гг. на 36 позиций. Согласно докладу, по сравнению с предыдущим годом зарегистрирован рост по всем четырем критериям, при этом наиболее существенное улучшение показателя зарегистрировано по компоненту влияния - на 13 пунктов. При этом Армения находится на четвертом месте среди стран СНГ, Украины и Грузии, в частности, Казахстан занимает 40 строчку рейтинга, Россия - 41-ую, Азербайджан 57-ую, Грузия - 60-ую, Украина - 71-ую, Киргизия - 98, а Таджикистан - 117-ую. Из всех указанных стран позитивную динамику зарегистрировали почти все страны, за исключением Азербайджана (минус 8 пунктов) и Казахстана (минус 2 пункта), а Грузия не зарегистрировала сдвигов по сравнению с предыдущим годом. В числе наиболее интересных преимуществ Армении в ИКТ сфере в докладе отмечаются конкуренция в сфере телефонной и интернет-связи (где Армения находится на первом месте), процессы по созданию новых компаний, сроки их создания, тарифы на широкополосный интернет, электронные услуги правительства, показатель электронного участия. А в числе наиболее существенных недостатков отмечается число процедур, необходимых для применения договоров, госзакупки ведущих технологий, уровень переподготовки сотрудников, качество управления школ, усвоение технологий со стороны компаний, независимость судебной системы. "В целом, среди стран с уровнем дохода ниже среднего, позиции Армении находятся на достаточно высоком уровне. Армения преимущественно улучшила позиции по линии государственного применения технологий, в частности, электронного участия, который в предыдущие годы причислялся к самым серьезным недостаткам", - говорится в докладе. В числе наиболее сильных позиций Армении продолжают оставаться легкость регистрации новых компаний, а наиболее проблематичной сферой является судебная система, применение договоров, госзакупки технологий и уровень переподготовки сотрудников.
