After reading the first page I new that by reaching 20th I will see no single name mantioned. I was wrong. There was one name in the entire 20 pages - name of R. Kocharyan.

I found those views on economics particularly interesting:

Actually such impressive “campaign of oligarchs on the parliament” has rather symbolical and psychological, than practical value. During discussions on this, rather exotic for civilized countries phenomenon, our interlocutors named such reasons, as “it is prestigious”, “there are more capabilities of dialogue with elite there”, “since it

was made by others, I am not worse” etc.; so the question is not so much about a real power, deputy immunity and the more about drawing up laws, as about reasons, as it is no wonder, of prestige and mode.

The most interesting bit (IMHO):

Third, one more, essential reason is, that all of us [speak for yourself will ya?], including oligarchs, are carriers of an archaic national mentality, in correspondence with which one the zone of the responsibility of each Armenian is confined by the family and his own “village”. Who among oligarchs and in which Yerevan district is “boss” not only well-known in the society, but also our interlocutors in talks about social responsibility made reference to their good deeds exactly in such districts. Let's add that such approach has also pragmatic side, as ensures also voter’s voices in the given district - for itself or in other, necessary cases.

Good night! :hi: As I know, this kind of approach is called "investing". The sphere of business doesn't matter comparatively with incomes, received in it. You see, investor isn't concearned about the product his firm produses - hamburgers or computers. That's the specific characteristics of an Investor-Businessman, but not a Manager-Director you meant who is an employee in your case and, of course, must be sure in his business' future.
