Aufruf der armenischen Öffentlichkeit in Zusammenhang mit der andauernden Vernichtungspolitik des armenischen Kulturnachlasses in Azerbaijan. arev.ru armenia.ru armenianhouse.org artsakh.info artsakhworld.com genocide.ru hayastan.com haylife.ru openarmenia.com sumgait.info Center of Social Economic Monitoring NGO Armenischer Jugendausschus München Wir, die Vertreter der armenischen Öffentlichkeit, haben mit tiefstem Schmerz und Empörung die Nachricht über die Zerstörung der letzten Khatschkaren (Kreuzstein) in der Stadt «Alt Jugha» in Nahitschewan ( Gebiet im heutigen Azerbajan ) gehört. Ein paar dutzend azerbaijanischer Soldaten, bewaffnet mit Hämmmern, Schaufeln und schwerer Technik haben angefangen die einzigartigen mittelalterlichen armenischen Khatschkar, Grabsteine und Denkmäler, die wie durch ein Wunder in diesem kleinem Winkel des historischen Armeniens bis heute überlebt haben, zu zerstören. Da die Khatschkare von Jugha (Julfa) zum Weltkulturerbe gehören, sie also nicht nur Denkmäler mit lokale Bedeutung sind und sich unter dem Schutz der UNESCO befinden, appellieren wir an die Weltöffentlichkeit: Helfen Sie, werden Sie aufmerksam auf diesen Akt des Vandalismus! Während die Weltöffentlichkeit versucht die zwei verfeindeten Völker zur Versöhnung zu bringen,wurde diese vandalistische Aktion von der Regierung in Baku sanktioniert. Das demonstriert nocheinmal das wahre Vorhaben der azerbaijanischen Regierung, - nämlich die sog. “ethnische Säuberungen“ und Vernichtung jeglicher Spuren des armenischen Kulturlebens in Nahitschewan zu Ende zu bringen. Also, Kulturgenozid und Vernichtung der Überreste der armenischen Zivilisation auf diesem historischen armenischen Gebiet. Azerbaijan führte ähnliche vandalistische Aktionen auch in der Sovietära durch. Im Laufe des 70 jährigen kommunistischen Regimes wurden die armenischen Khatschkare massen- weise zerstört und wegtransportiert, - weg von ihren ursprünglichen Orten der Entstehung. Nach dem Zerfall der Sovietunion wurde Azerbaijan unabhängig und diese Politik wurde fortgesetzt, sogar mit noch grösserem Eifer. Ziel war, armenische Spuren auf jetzigen azerbaijanischen Territorium gänzlich zu löschen. Im Jahr 2002, dank den vereinten Bemühungen der armenischen Regierung und der UNESCO, war es gelungen, den Prozess der Vernichtung der Khatschkare von Jugha zu stoppen. Dadurch dass Azerbaijan seine Politik des Kulturgenozids gegen Armenier fortsetzt, verletzt es grob seine Verpflichtungen gegenüber der UNESCO. Sehr beunruhigend ist auch die Tatsache, dass in ganz Azerbaijan sich keine einzige Person zu Wort gemeldet und keine einziger diese Geschehenisse öffentlich kritisiert hat, gar ein Wort darüber gasagtn hat. Keine öffentliche Organisation, keine prominente Person aus Kultur- oder Politikbereich. Solcher Zynismus und Gleichgültigkeit der azerbaijanischen Öffentlichkeit ist schockierend. Unter solchen Umständen, wo alles was mit Armenien und Armenier zu tun hat, nur Hass weckt, kann keine Rede von Vertrauen zu Azerbaijan und zur azerbaijanischen Öffentlichkeit sein. Und jegliche Aufrufe zur Aussöhnung zwischen zwei Völkern durch „Aktivierung der Volksdiplomatie“ klingen vulgär und zynisch. Mit diesem Schreiben wenden wir uns an internationale gesellschaftliche Organisationen, an Vertreter der Kultur und Politik, an alle Menschen, egal welcher Nationalität und bitten alle sich gegen diesen Akt des Vandalismus, (der gegen den armenischen mittelalterlichen Friedhof der Stadt Jugha (Julfa) in Nahitschewan gerichtet ist), zu aüssern. Wir bitten die UNESCO um Unterstützung bei der Ausfuhr von Überresten der Khatschkare nach Armenien, wo sie gesichert und geschützt werden. Wir appellieren auch an die azerbaijanische Kulturöffentlichkeit, diesen Akt des Vandalismus öffentlich zu verurteilen und an die Regierenden des Landes, sofort diese Aktionen zu stoppen. Appello dei rappresentanti della societa’ civile armena a seguito dei continui atti vandalici contro il patrimonio culturale armeno in Azerbaigian. arev.ru armenia.ru armenianhouse.org artsakh.info artsakhworld.com genocide.ru hayastan.com haylife.ru openarmenia.com sumgait.info Center of Social Economic Monitoring NGO Armenischer Jugendausschus München Noi, rappresentanti della societa’ civile armena, con profondo dolore e disgusto abbiamo appreso che alcune decine di soldati azerbaigiani, armati di martelli, vanghe e ruspe, si sono introdotti nel cimitero armeno di “Staraja Giuga” nella provincia del Nachigevan in Azerbaigian, e hanno sistematicamente distrutto gli “hatchkar”, monumenti armeni medioevali unici, insieme con le relative lapidi e tombe, che fino ad ora erano stati preservati in quest’angolo dell’Armenia storica. In considerazione del fatto che gli “hatchkar” di Giuga (Giulfa) sono parte non solo della civilta’ armena, ma anche di quella mondiale, sotto la protezione dell’UNESCO, ci appelliamo all’opinione pubblica mondiale affinche’ rivolga la sua attenzione a questo atto vandalico perpetrato contro il comune patrimonio culturale dell’umanita’. Mentre le organizzazioni internazionali si sforzano di proseguire nell’opera di risoluzione del conflitto tra i due popoli, questo atto vandalico, commesso con l’approvazione delle alte autorita’ di Baku, dimostra ancora una volta in maniera evidente le reali intenzioni del Governo azerbaigiano, vale a dire perpetrare pulizie etniche contro la popolazione armena autoctona del Nachigevan, attraverso il genocidio culturale e la distruzione delle vestigia culturali armene, proprio in questa parte della patria storica degli Armeni. L’ Azerbaigian ha ripetutamente commesso atti simili di vandalismo e di armenofobia durante l’intero periodo del regime comunista, per settanta anni gli “hatchkar” armeni sono stati sistematicamente distrutti o rimossi dalle loro sedi originarie. Dopo la conquista dell’indipendenza, l’Azerbaigian ha proseguito con rinnovato vigore nell’opera di cancellazione delle tracce di presenza armena dal suo territorio. Nel 2002, grazie agli sforzi congiunti di Armenia e UNESCO si era riusciti a fermare la distruzione degli “hatchkar” di Giuga (Giulfa). Ma l’Azerbaigian prosegue nella sua politica di genocidio culturale, violando pesantemente i propri impegni presi di fronte all’UNESCO. E particolare sgomento suscita il fatto che, a condanna delle azioni del Governo del proprio Paese, in tutto l’Azerbaigian non si sia levata la voce di nessuna organizzazione sociale, di nessun esponente culturale. Un tale cinismo ed una tale indifferenza dell’opinione pubblica azerbaigiana nei confronti di un monumento medioevale unico nel suo genere, non puo’ che risvegliare in noi repulsione. In tali condizioni di istigazione all’odio per tutto cio’ che abbia origine armena, non si puo’ nemmeno porre la questione della fiducia nei confronti dell’Azerbaigian e del suo popolo. E ogni richiamo alla pacificazione tra i due popoli che voglia far leva sulla diplomazia popolare suona scorretto e cinico. Con la presente lettera ci rivolgiamo alle organizzazioni internazionali, ai rappresentanti culturali, alle persone di ogni nazionalita’ perche’ condannino pubblicamente tale atto barbarico perpetrato dalle autorita’ dell’Azerbaigian contro il cimitero armeno di Giuga (Giulfa) nel Nachigevan. Chiediamo all’UNESCO e alle altre organizzazioni internazionali di collaborare al trasferimento dei resti degli “hatchkar” sul territorio armeno, dove finalmente potranno essere difesi da tali aggressioni barbariche. The Statement of the Armenian Community Representatives in Relation to the Continuing Acts of Extermination of the Armenian Cultural Heritage in Azerbaijan arev.ru armenia.ru armenianhouse.org artsakh.info artsakhworld.com genocide.ru hayastan.com haylife.ru openarmenia.com sumgait.info Center of Social Economic Monitoring NGO Armenischer Jugendausschus München We, the representatives of the Armenian community, have been deeply offended and indignant at receiving the information about the extermination of the last khachkars (cross-stones) in the region of Old Jugha in Nakhichevan, where around a hundred of Azerbaijani soldiers armed with hammers, spades and heavy machinery started the destruction of the unique medieval Armenian khachkars, tombs and monuments preserved in that corner of historical Armenia. Taking into account the fact that the khachkars of Jugha (Julfa) are a heritage of not only Armenian, but also the world civilization placed under the protection of UNESCO, we appeal to the world community to pay attention to this act of vandalism towards the universal cultural property. While the international community is making efforts to reconcile two nations, the present act of vandalism sanctioned by the officials of Baku demonstrates once again the real intentions of the Azerbaijani government – that is to finalize the ethnic cleansing of the autochthonous Armenian population of Nakhichevan by a cultural genocide and extermination of the Armenian civilization remnants in this part of the historical motherland of the Armenians. Azerbaijan has been conducting similar acts of vandalism and Armenophobia during all the 70 years of the Communist regime, when the Armenian khachkars have been systematically ruined or removed from their original places. After having acquired independence, Azerbaijan with a new zeal continues the annihilation of the Armenian traces on its territory. In 2002, owing to the joint efforts of Armenia and UNESCO, it became possible to stop the final extermination of the khachkars of Jugha (Julfa). However, Azerbaijan continues its policy of cultural genocide in gross violation its responsibilities within the framework of UNESCO. Not a single organization or a representative of the intellectual circles in the whole Azerbaijan has publicly condemned the actions of the country’s government, and this fact raises a particular concern. Such cynicism and indifference of the Azerbaijani society towards a unique medieval monument is quite shocking. In the state of such a blind hatred towards all Armenian, there can be no words about trust towards Azerbaijan and Azerbaijani society, thus all the calls for the reconciliation process of the two nations to enable the civil diplomacy sound cynical and vulgar. With the present letter we appeal to the international organizations, to the representatives of the intellectual circles, and to the people of all nationalities in order to publicly condemn the act of vandalism of the Azerbaijani authorities towards the medieval Armenian Cemetery of Jugha (Julfa) in Nakhichevan. We are urging UNESCO and other international organizations to support the removal of the khachkars remnants to Armenia, where they will be protected from the barbarians. We also appeal to the sensible part of Azerbaijani people to pay attention to the present act, condemn it and call the officials of their country to immediately stop this vandalism. Исходя из того, что хачкары Джуги (Джульфы) являются памятником не только армянской, но и общемировой цивилизации, находящеимся под защитой ЮНЕСКО, мы призываем мировую общественность обратить внимание на этот акт вандализма по отношению к общечеловеческому культурному достоянию. В то время, как мировое сообщество предпринимает усилия по примирению двух народов, данная акция вандализма, санкционированная высшими чинами в Баку, еще раз демонстрирует истинные намерения руководства Азербайджана - довершить этнические чистки автохтонного армянского населения Нахиджевана культурным геноцидом и уничтожением остатков армянской цивилизации на этой части исторической родины армян. Азербайджан проводил аналогичные акты вандализма и армянофобии на протяжении всех 70 лет коммунистического режима, когда армянские хачкары методично ломались или вывозились с исконных мест. С приобретением независимости, Азербайджан с особым усердием продолжает стирать следы армянства на своей территории. В 2002 году, благодаря совместным усилиям Армении и ЮНЕСКО удалось приостановить окончательное уничтожение хачкаров Джуги (Джульфы). Однако Азербайджан продолжает свою политику культурного геноцида, грубо нарушая свои обязательства в рамках ЮНЕСКО. Особую обеспокоенность вызывает то обстоятельство, что во всем Азербайджане не нашлось ни одной общественной организации или представителя интеллигенции, который бы публично осудил действия руководства страны. Подобный цинизм и безраличие азербайджанской общественности к уникальному средневековому памятнику вызывает шок. В условиях подобной слепой ненависти ко всему армянскому, не может быть и речи о доверии к Азербайджану и к азербайджанской общественности, а любые призывы в деле примирения двух народов задействовать народную дипломатию звучат цинично и вульгарно. Настоящим письмом мы обращаемся к международным организациям, к представителям интеллигенции, к людям всех национальностей с призывом публично осудить акт вандализма властей Азербайджана по отношению к средневековому армянскому кладбищу Джуги (Джульфы) в Нахиджеване. Просим ЮНЕСКО и другие международные организации оказать содействие вывозу остатков хачкаров в Армению, где они будут надежно защищены от рук варваров. И так, начинаем акцию. Последовательность действий следующая: 1. В каждом сообщении выставляю текст обращения на одном языке; 2. Затем идут адреса и названия организаций, по которым будем рассылать обращение; 3. Каждыий участник из списка адресатов выбирает не более 5 аресов эл. почты, чтобы антиспамеры не блокировали письмо; 4. Прежде чем выслать текст обращения, оставляйте сообщение со списком выбранными вами адресатов (адресов эл. почты), чтобы другие избежали повторения рассылок и проверьте; 5. Не высылайте текст аттачментом и не высылайте сразу на нескольких языков. Сделайте копи-пэйст и выберите один язык, соответствующий языку адресата; 6. В конце обращения можете приписать: а) на русском -- «С уважением, [имя фамилия]» / «С наилучими пожеланиями, [имя фамилия]» / «Искренне Ваш, [имя фамилия]» б) на английском -- «Sincerely, Yours [имя фамилия]» в) на немецком -- «Mit freundlichen Grüßen, Ihr [имя фамилия]» г) на итальянском -- «Cordialmente [имя фамилия]». 7. Не высылайте письма со своими ник-нэймами, имена должны быть реальные, желательно оставить свои реальные данные: имя и фамилия, адрес, телефон, факс, e-mail. Это мне прислали. Не анекдот, но все же -------------- Новогодняя история, рассказанная в курилке моим коллегой. Был у меня приятель и коллега - простой русский негр (назовем его Джоном). Русским он был настолько, насколько можно - родился у нас, служил в армии и даже имел 2 года условно за работу прорабом на стройке . Как-то раз решили мы отметить Новый Год в лесу. 30 декабря приехали, выбрали место, залили ледяную горку, разбили палатки и т. п. Ночь с 30 на 31 декабря. Мороз около -24 градусов. Все спят, набираясь сил перед новогодней ночью. Где-то около полуночи Джон проснулся от естественного позыва природы. Позыв был небольшим, но актуальным. Чертыхаясь, Джон вылез из спальника и (решив, что усилия на процесс одевания-раздевания себя в данном случае не оправдают) выскочил в одних плавках из палатки. Он нашел удобное место на снегу (это оказалась накатанная лыжня), вынул из плавок то, что было нужно и приступил к процессу. Я надеюсь вы поймете, ПОЧЕМУ мы все оказались разбуженными дикими криками лыжника, который увидел морозной ночью голого! негра! справляющего нужду в заснеженном лесу! ... Причем этот негр бежал за ним и на чистейшем русском кричал: - Мужик! Все в порядке! Тебе не померещилось!
