Je reviendrais en détail sur ces nouveaux mécanismes de l’ONU, mais avant tout je voudrais expliquer pour quelles raisons et comment, le CNA a décidé d’appliquer la Déclaration relative aux Droits des Arméniens d’Arménie Occidentale votée le 20 janvier 2007. Il faut savoir que la Déclaration nommée ci-dessus, est issue d’un partenariat entre des membres du CNA et un travail d’expert au sein de la Décennie des Peuples Autochtones, réalisé entre autre par Monsieur Miguel Alfonso Martinez et Madame Erica Daes (en rappelant pour ceux qui ne le savent pas que Madame Erica Daes est la personne qui a défendu très courageusement la reconnaissance du Génocide des Arméniens par l’ONU). You should know that the Declaration named above, results from a partnership between members of the NAC and an expert working in the Decade of Indigenous Peoples, directed among others by Mr. Miguel Alfonso Martinez and Ms. Erica-Irene Daes ( recalling those who do not know that Ms. Erica-Irene Daes is the person who very courageously defended the recognition of the Armenian Genocide by the United Nations).
