I am calling to express my disappointment by the fact that you continuously renege on your campaign promise to properly qualify Armenian Genocide as a Genocide. Failure to do so is in stark contrast with the values our country declares. It is even more disappointing, if compared with country that we frequently criticize for human right abuses. Russia has officially qualified Armenian Genocide, and represented in remembrance events by its highest official, President Putin. USA has not acknowledged the heinous crime against humanity, and sends a low ranking official from Treasury department. Most of our European allies have adopted resolutions properly calling events of 1915 a Genocide. As there is still time left, please reconsider your decision and fulfil your campaign pledge.
