Провокация в Джавахке и Аресты армян

Возможно я читал невнимательно, но не увидел ни одной ссылки на европейские стандарты расследования, задержания, ареста и суда.

Здесь писали, что задержаны армяне - где грузинский омбудсмен, что он думает об этом ?

Что думает об этом омбудсмен РА ?

Где наши неправительственные организации (НПО) , которые не упустят случай задержания человека в РА ? Им что запрещено выглядывать за пределы границ РА ?

Что делают наши представители в Европе ? Почему нет запросов в Европарламенте, или нас уже лишили слова ?

Вон сколько возможностей решить задачу без лишнего обострения отношений с братьями-грузинами, а вы тут пальчиками машете "мол почему нас не любят, а любят РФ (Турцию, АР и т.п.).

Армяне Джаваха должны осознать, что они граждане Грузии, а не Армении или России.

Грузинские власти, в свою очередь, должны уделять повышенное внимание этому региону и очень деликатно подходить к решению всех проблем. Джавахцы должны учить грузинский язык - это лично моё мнение.

Grig мы тоже говорим дома на грузинском, иногда на русском, ребёнок ходит в грузинскую школу - не вижу в этом никакого криминала.

Осуждать человека, который как-то приспособился к окружающей его ДЕЙСТВИТЕЛЬНОСТИ (которая порой бывает и враждебно настроенной)- никак нельзя!

Для меня, пусть бы и бакинские армяне стали бы отдавать своих детей в азербайджанские школы, чем их резали, жгли... Когда на одной чаше весов жизнь, благополучие, а на другой- интеграция в общество титульной нации страны, где живешь ( читай: мягкая ассимиляция), я считаю, что нельзя здесь кого-либо осуждать. Надо спросить себя, а как бы ты поступил? Легко сказать: "Я бы уехал куда-нибудь!"... Уехать в никуда, начать жизнь по новой, только для того, чтобы твой ребенок не ходил в грузинскую школу, а в русскую, украинскую, немецкую или шведскую?

Нет, конечно, как я могу тебя осуждать? Ты поступаешь так, как велит тебе твоя совесть и никто не может тебя обвинить, что ты меньше армянин, чем кто-либо.

Ты поставлен ГРУЗИНСКИМИ ВЛАСТЯМИ в ТАКИЕ условия, когда тебе ВЫБОР не предоставлен! Если бы ты знал, что твой ребенок пойдет в армянскую школу, а потом в его жизни этот факт не будет компрометирующим в вопросах высшего образования, трудоустройства на государственных должностях Грузии, ты бы может быть поступил бы иначе. Но, сегодня у тебя нету ВЫБОРА, если ты хочешь жить в Грузии и оставаться ее гражданином. Ибо политика грузинского государства направлена на планомерную ассимиляцию негрузин!..

DECLARATION OFFICIELLE

En 2006, Gurgen Shiriniants, membre de l’Organisation arménienne « Djavakhk Uni », en voiture avec Vahagn Tchakhalian, responsable de la dite organisation et sa famille se rendaient d’Akhalkallak à Erevan, furent pris dans un guet-apens, encerclés par plusieurs voitures contenant une vingtaine d’arménien armé.

Les agresseurs se ruèrent sur Gurgen, Vahagn et sa famille ; l’agression dura plusieurs minutes, et Gurgen reçut un coup de couteau, puis les agresseurs prirent la fuite.

Vahagn fut emprisonné plusieurs mois pour s’être défendu troublant l’ordre publique, Gurgen a été transmis à l’hôpital le plus proche ayant déjà perdu beaucoup de sang.

Les agresseurs ne furent aucunement inquiétés et les autorités arméniennes n’ont même pas cherché à les retrouver.

Après enquête, il a été confirmé que le commanditaire de cette agression se trouve être le chef de la police géorgienne à Akhalkallak, Samvel Pétrossian.

Samvel Pétrossian avec la participation active de son fils qui avait déjà des comptes à régler avec Gurgen Shiriniants pour son activisme en tant que responsable des Scouts Arméniens d’Akhalkallak.

Le 17 juillet 2008, à plusieurs dizaines de mètres de la maison de Samvel Pétrossian, le chef de la police géorgienne d’Akhalkallak depuis 2005, on entendit une explosion, d’origine inconnue, sans aucune victime constatée ni du coté de la police ni en direction des habitants.

Utilisé comme prétexte, et sans aucun autre élément de preuve, les forces de police géorgiennes sous les ordres de Samvel Pétrossian se sont rués sur les membres de l’organisation « Djavakhk Uni » qui se trouvaient à quelques centaines de mètres du lieu de l’explosion.

Suite à cette opération de force, une dizaine de membre de l’organisation « Djavakhk Uni » furent emmenés par force dans l’enceint des bâtiments de la police.

Puis, un autre groupe de policier pénétra dans l’immeuble où sont installés les bureaux de l’organisation « Djavakhk Uni », détruisant le matériel permettant d’émettre la radio locale et détruisant les portes et le mobilier de l’organisation.

Ensuite, le 17 juillet 2008 à 20h00, les forces de police, au nombre de 40 à 50, en vêtements civils s’introduisirent dans la maison de Gurgen Shiriniants et frappèrent son père et sa tante avant de les emmener. Il fut certifié ensuite que Gurgen Shiriniants pu s’enfuir au moment de l’agression.

Dés lors, plusieurs dizaines de véhicule des forces spéciales de la police géorgiennes pénétrèrent à Akhalkallak, faisant régner dans la ville une atmosphère de terreur.

La chasse à l’homme fut déclenchée, et plusieurs dizaines de jeunes arméniens d’Akhakallak furent arrêtés.

L’Organisation « Djavakhk Uni » a reçu de source sur l’information, que l’ordre a été donné aux forces spéciales géorgiennes d’abattre sans sommation Gurgen Shiriniants. Il est clair pour nous que l’objectif est d’exterminer tout témoin qui pourrait expliquer en détail les agissements mafieux du chef de la police géorgienne d’Akhalkallak.

L’organisation « Djavakhk Uni » témoigne du fait que ces agressions ont pour objectif de réduire à néant toutes forces vives arméniennes au Djavakhk, qui pourraient gêner l’application du programme turco-géorgien, anéantir toute résistance, effacer toute revendication politique, empêcher toute expression pour l’application des droits des Arméniens du Djavakhk en tant que peuple autochtone.

L’organisation « Djavakhk Uni » précise que suite à cette pression policière sans précédant, suite à ces agressions et suite à ces violences, toute atteinte à la vie de Gurgen Shiriniants, sera de la responsabilité sans équivoque du chef de la police et de ses complices, ainsi que des autorités géorgiennes.

Considérant les faits et les évènements,

Le Conseil National Arménien, ayant suivi de près depuis plusieurs années le déroulement des évènements à Akhalkallak, prenant compte de l’ensemble des faits exposés aujourd’hui, informe avoir pris la décision d’instruire une enquête sur les agissements criminels du Chef de la police d’Akhalkallak.

Le Conseil National Arménien condamne, dés aujourd’hui l’agression considérée comme militaire des autorités géorgiennes en direction des jeunes arméniens du Djavakhk.

Le Conseil National Arménien recommande officiellement aux autorités géorgiennes de stopper ce régime de terreur au Djavakhk et condamne tout acte de violence.

Le Conseil National Arménien déclare qu’en utilisant la force policière et militaire sur les populations arméniennes du Djavakhk, les autorités géorgiennes ne font qu’éprouver la sécurité et la capacité à se protéger des populations victimes de violence et ainsi sont responsables de toutes les conséquences issues de ces agressions.

Le Conseil National Arménien, recommande officiellement aux autorités géorgiennes de prendre en considération, dans un esprit de paix et de sagesse, les droits légitimes et imprescriptibles, des Arméniens autochtones au Djavakhk selon la déclaration sur les Droits des Peuples Autochtones votés par l’Organisation des Nations Unis le 13 septembre 2007.

OFFICIAL STATEMENT

In 2006, Gurgen Shiriniants, a member of the Organization Armenian "Djavakhk Kingdom," in a car with Vahagn Tchakhalian, head of the said organization and his family went to Akhalkallak in Yerevan, were caught in an ambush, surrounded by several cars containing twenty Armenian armed.

The attackers were ruèrent on Gurgen, Vahagn and his family; assault lasted several minutes, and Gurgen received a knife, then the attackers fled.

Vahagn was imprisoned several months for having defended disturbing public order, Gurgen was transmitted to the nearest hospital having already lost a lot of blood.

The attackers were not harassed in any way and the Armenian authorities have not even tried to find them.

After investigation, it was confirmed that the sponsor of this aggression is to be the head of the Georgian police to Akhalkallak, Samvel Pétrossian.

Samvel Pétrossian with the active participation of his son who already had accounts to settle with Gurgen Shiriniants for his activism as head of Scouts Armenians Akhalkallak.

The organization "United Djavakhk" testifies to the fact that these attacks are aimed at nullifying all the armed forces Djavakhk, which could hinder the implementation of the programme Turkish-Georgian, destroy any resistance, erase any political demand, prevent expression for the rights of Armenians in Djavakhk as an indigenous people.

The organization "United Djavakhk" says that as a result of police pressure this unprecedented response to those attacks and following the violence, any attempt on the life of Gurgen Shiriniants, will be the responsibility unequivocal police chief and its accomplices, as well as the Georgian authorities.

Considering the facts and events,

The Armenian National Council, which closely followed for several years the unfolding of events Akhalkallak, taking account of all the facts presented today informs have decided to instruct an investigation into the criminal acts of the Chief of Police Akhalkallak.

The Armenian National Council condemns the dice today regarded as military aggression of the Georgian authorities towards young people of Armenian Djavakhk.

The Armenian National Council, officially recommends to the Georgian authorities to take into consideration, in a spirit of peace and wisdom, legitimate and imprescriptible rights of indigenous Armenians Djavakhk according to a statement on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples adopted by the Organization of United Nations on September 13, 2007.
